International Delivery

We proudly ship our premium, UK-made swimwear to select global destinations, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the UAE and Hong Kong. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all orders outside the UK, please be aware:

• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Your duties are collected at check out.

• No Control: We cannot predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before ordering.

• Non-Refundable: Please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if an item is returned.

Shipping Schedule & Tracking

• Dispatch Days: Our Studio dispatches orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

• Tracking Your Parcel: Once your item is completed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

• Delays: Occasionally, external factors affecting our third-party delivery partners may cause delays. Please monitor your tracking for the most up-to-date information.

• Support: If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale detailed in your dispatch email, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
