• Estimated Arrival: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch (item completion).

International Delivery

We offer worldwide flat-rate shipping to all countries outside the UK (excluding European and North/South American territories serviced by our regional sites). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Important Note: We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all orders outside the UK, please be aware:

• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• No Control: We cannot predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before ordering.

• Non-Refundable: Please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if an item is returned.

Shipping Schedule & Tracking

• Dispatch Days: Our Studio dispatches orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

• Tracking Your Parcel: Once your item is completed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

• Delays: Occasionally, external factors affecting our third-party delivery partners may cause delays. Please monitor your tracking for the most up-to-date information.

• Support: If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale detailed in your dispatch email, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
