At Ban-dia, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached, including all hygiene stickers.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, or due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on items missing the hygiene strips, or items that have been worn. 

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include your order invoice or a note with your name and Order ID inside the package so we can identify it easily.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 5-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

The policy outlined above applies to "change of mind" returns. If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ban-dia.com.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty we will cover the cost of the return shipping, and you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
