How does the Pre-Order model work?

To minimize waste and ensure sustainability, we operate on a pre-order basis. Our order windows typically remain open for 4 weeks. Once the window closes, we move into the production phase.

When will my Pre-Order item ship?

While we generally aim to complete production within 2–4 weeks, we advise a lead time of up to 6 weeks for all pre-orders. This window allows us to navigate any potential delays with our fabric and notion suppliers without compromising the quality of your garment.

Note: If your order is completed early, we will always ship it to you at the earliest possible opportunity.

What is the lead time for Made-to-Order (MTO) pieces?

Our Made-to-Order service is our most premium offering. Unlike batch production, these pieces are crafted with singular focus at our Studio.

Because this is a more intentional and bespoke process, please allow a 4–8 week turnaround. This timescale reflects the individual attention and craftsmanship required to create a garment specifically for you.

Why is there a wait for my order?

We believe in "slow fashion" - the idea that the best things are worth waiting for. By avoiding mass production, we ensure:

• Superior Quality: Every stitch is checked and every detail is intentional.

• Sustainability: We only source materials and produce items that have a confirmed home, reducing textile waste.

• Exclusivity: Your piece is part of a limited run, handled by skilled hands at our Studio.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your piece has been meticulously finished, packed, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
